Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc is an authorised UK investment trust (a closed-end fund) which pursues a long-only investment strategy and invests primarily in the equity securities of utility and utility-related companies worldwide. Its ordinary shares, subscription shares, convertible unsecured loan stock and zero dividend preference shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange. Ecofin China Power & Infrastructure Fund Limited is a long/short equity fund with a long bias which invests in companies involved in the development of infrastructure in China with a particular emphasis on the electric power, alternative energy, other utility and transportation industries. Ecofin Global Long/Short Fund is a UCITs sub-fund domiciled in Ireland. The Fund is a long/short equity fund that iinvests in four sub-sectors: North American utilities, European utilities, global oil and gas, and global renewable energy.
